Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

Some items in our store may be offered as a subscription. This policy explains how you can change or cancel these purchases. Please note that, regardless of purchase type, all supplements are final sale once shipped — see our Returns & Refunds Policy for full details.


Subscriptions

When you purchase a subscription, you'll receive repeat deliveries based on the frequency you select at checkout. Your payment details are stored securely and you'll be charged automatically for each delivery, unless you've chosen to pay in advance. Some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their term.

You can change, pause, or cancel your subscription at any time. Your order confirmation emails contain a link to manage your subscription directly. Cancelling stops all future deliveries and charges, but please note that any order already processed or shipped cannot be returned or refunded, in line with our Returns & Refunds Policy. To avoid being charged for an upcoming delivery, please cancel before your next billing date.
