Returns & Refunds Policy

Due to the nature of our products, all of our supplements are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged once they have been delivered. This is a standard practice for health and dietary supplement products and is in place to protect the safety and integrity of every order, as we are unable to resell or restock items once they have left our facility.


We're still here to help

While we don't accept returns, your satisfaction matters to us. If you're unhappy with your order for any reason, please get in touch at hello@yardslife.com and we'll do our best to make it right. Depending on the situation, we may be able to offer an alternative product, a discount on a future order, or a refund. We review these on a case-by-case basis, so please reach out and tell us what's wrong.


Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or you've received the wrong product, contact us at hello@yardslife.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll evaluate it and make it right, typically with a replacement or refund.


Refunds

Where a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed, and note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to post it to your account. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you haven't received it, please contact us at hello@yardslife.com.
