We want to get your order to you as quickly and reliably as possible. Below is everything you need to know about how we ship.


Shipping options

You'll choose your preferred shipping method at checkout. Available options depend on your delivery location:

Within the United States, you can select Standard or Express shipping. For international orders, your order will be sent via international courier. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the option you select.


Free shipping

We're happy to offer free shipping in the following cases:

Free Standard shipping on all US orders over $50, free express shipping over $100. Free Standard shipping on all US subscription orders. For international customers, free shipping on orders over $100-$150 depending on location.

For orders that don't meet these thresholds, shipping is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.


Processing & delivery times

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Once shipped, delivery times vary by destination and the shipping method selected. Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed, and may be affected by carrier delays, customs processing, or other factors outside our control.


International orders, customs & duties

International customers may be responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by the destination country. These are not included in your order total or shipping cost and are determined by your local customs authority. We recommend checking with your local customs office if you're unsure what to expect.


Order tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your delivery.
